BUILDING INSPECTIONS
These types of building have many more building systems than the standard home inspection. I have inspected hundreds of these buildings. In addition to my vast experience in these buildings I have specialized knowledge in fire protection.
My expert knowledge in passive fire protection has allowed me to complete a full and comprehensive report on these buildings. Most of these buildings consist of fire separations, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems etc. These require specialized knowledge to inspect properly.
On complex projects I will bring in specialists to inspect the building. My team of electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians will inspect all aspects of the building.
