PROFESSIONAL HOME INSPECTIONS
Hire us to give you a complete thorough home inspection. Our home inspector will open your eyes to all building systems and their lifespan. Not only do we investigate for deficiencies we educate you on the home.
Our home inspections typically take 2.5 to 3 hrs to complete. We complete a visual inspection of all building systems and components. The following day you are sent a full colour report detailing all information obtained from the inspection.

Applied Science Technologist by the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technologists (OACETT)
Building Code Qualified by the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (BCIN)

HANDS ON EXPERIENCE
As a former Chief Building Official for municipal governments I have inspected thousands of homes and buildings
As a former Manager of Building inspections for a city government I managed an inspection staff of over 10.
As a Project Manager for a residential home builder I managed the construction of over 200 homes.
Currently I am a part time Professor at Conestoga College teaching a variety of building code courses.
